What areas do you serve?

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Grime Reaper Power Wash is locally owned, fully insured with $2M general liability, and we carry a certificate available on request.
How do you price a job?
For standard house washes, driveways, and roofs we can quote over the phone based on square footage. For larger properties or commercial jobs we schedule a free on-site walkthrough.
Is soft washing really safe for my siding and roof?
Yes — it's the ARMA- and siding-manufacturer-recommended method. High pressure damages shingles and paint; our soft wash uses cleaners and low volume to kill mildew and algae without harm.
Do I need to be home for the appointment?
Not usually. As long as we have water access, gate codes if any, and know about pets, most homeowners aren't on-site when we work.
